Chandigarh-based internationally awarded multilingual poet, author, columnist, motivational speaker, and peace and humanity ambassador Lily Swarn has continued to make the City Beautiful proud with all her accomplishments.
In a recent achievement, Swarn was awarded for showcasing literary excellence that is at par with global standards by the Gujarat Sahitya Akademi and literary forum Motivational Strips on the occasion of India’s 75th Independence Day.
This comes after her four highly acclaimed books, A Trellis of Ecstasy, Lilies of the Valley, The Gypsy Trail. Amongst her over 50 awards, Lily features in the book, 25 Women of Excellence and Women of Essence.
Her poetry has been translated into16 languages, and she has also been nominated for the Lifetime Achievement award by the UK-based She Inspires Awards 2021 and is a finalist of the Culture Champion Award.
