Slice the zucchini, mushrooms and cut the broccoli florets into the uniform cut. To clean the broccoli florets properly, soak them in apple cider vinegar and water for 10 minutes. Now slice the onion and mince the ginger cloves. In a medium bowl, put all the vegetables together and mix them with black pepper powder.
Heat a pan with extra virgin olive oil and add the vegetables. Cover the pan with a lid, let the vegetable cook on low heat for 10 minutes. Let the water released from the vegetables dry down. Now open the lid, dry fry the vegetables for 5 minutes on high heat. Add a little salt to finish the dish.
