Wok Fried Baby Corn Bell Peppers


200 gms baby corn

Red bell pepper (½ portion)

Yellow bell pepper (½ portion)

1 medium size onion

1 inch ginger and 5 garlic cloves

1 tsp black pepper powder

1 tsp red chilli powder

2 tbsp olive oil (extra virgin)

Salt to taste

Step 1

Cut the baby corn into medium pieces, dice the bell peppers and ginger, slice the onion, and mince the garlic.

Step 2

Heat your wok, grease the hot wok with oil and remove it. Now add the cut vegetables to the wok and let it steam in low flame for 6-7 minutes till the water from the veggies recedes.

Step 3

Now add olive oil and saute the veggies in high flame. Put black pepper and red chilli powder, stir continuously for 6 minutes. Add a little salt to finish the dish.
