Steps to make steamed meatballs
Put ½ tbsp of olive oil (extra virgin) on a flat serving tray or serving plate. Spread the oil evenly with your hand and keep it aside.
With the help of a tablespoon, take 1 scoop of marinated meat and roll it into small bite-size balls with your hand. Repeat the process.
Now put ½ tbsp of olive oil (extra virgin) on the steamer plate to prevent the meatballs from getting stick at the bottom. Slowly place the meatballs on it and repeat the process.
Place the steamer on a stove, and let it steam for 20 minutes in medium-low flame. Shift the plates after 8-10 minutes, to make sure the meatballs are not overcooked.
Switch off the stove after 20 minutes and allow it to cool down for 5 minutes.
Serve your Steamed Meatballs with some Egg Dip and enjoy with your loved ones.
