Spicy Mix Veg Sauté


  • ¼ cup of sweet corn
  • 1 medium size tomato
  • 1 medium-size onion
  • 1 medium-size capsicum
  • 1 tbsp spice mixture roasted cumin & black peppercorn
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil
  • 2 tbsp fresh cream
  • Coriander to garnish
  • Salt to taste


In a bowl put ¼ cups of sweet corn, 1 diced tomato, onion, and capsicum.

Now heat a sauté pan by adding 2 tbsp of cooking oil.

Add the bowl of vegetables to the pan and stir for 2-3 minutes in medium-high flame.

Put 1 tbsp of roasted cumin and black peppercorn paste into the pan. (Roasted cumin & black peppercorn paste contains garlic and ginger)

Again, stir the veggies with the spice mixture 2 minutes in medium-high flame.

Add 2 tsp of fresh cream with a little salt to taste and stir nicely to meld all the ingredients for another 5 minutes.

To finish the dish, garnish with some finely chopped coriander.
