Soak the 50 gms of oyster mushrooms in a bowl of water containing salt for 3 minutes.
Clean and chop 100 gms of pakchoi, minced garlic and ginger (6 garlic cloves and 1 inch ginger).
Remove the oyster mushrooms from the water and squeeze the excess water from them without breaking it.
Heat a wok and wash it with cold oil to prevent the food from sticking.
Add 3 tbsp of mustard oil, let it come to smoking point and add the pakchoi with mushrooms.
Stir Fry in high flame for 4-5 minutes and add 1 tbsp soy sauce with black pepper powder. Keep frying it until the water from the vegetables reduces.
Add little salt as per your taste and serve your pakchoi with oyster mushrooms to your loved ones.
