Mango Tomato Carrot Summer Salad


1 medium size unripe mango

2 carrots

2 medium size tomatoes

2 green chillies

2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

1 tsp black pepper powder

1 lime

Salt to taste

Step 1

Cut the mango into small cubes, grate the carrots, chop the chilies, cut the tomatoes into wedges, remove the seeds, and cut into three small pieces.

 Step 2

Put the cut vegetables in a salad bowl, add extra virgin olive oil, black pepper powder, squeeze the lime, and add a little salt to taste.

Step 3

Now give it a good shake to mix all the ingredients, serve and enjoy.
