4 pieces of kaskol (Curry banana)
1 tsp turmeric powder
4 tbsp mustard oil
Salt to taste
Peel the bananas, wash it and thinly slice it. Keep the sliced bananas in a bowl.
Put 1 tsp of turmeric powder in the bowl with a little salt to taste. Mix it properly and keep it aside for 5 minutes.
Take Kadhai or wok shaped bottom-heavy pan. Put 4 tbsp of mustard oil, let the oil heat up and start putting the sliced marinated banana pieces one by one into the pan. Deep fry until the pieces are light golden brown.
Keep the fried pieces onto a paper towel to soak the excess oil. Serve your Kaskol fry (curry banana) hot and enjoy.
