Par boil 500 gms chicken wings with skin and drain the water. Now marinate it with 1 tbsp blackpepper powder, turmeric, red chilli powder and kashmiri mirch powder. Heat a frying pan with 4 tbsp of cooking oil and place the chicken wings. Let it fry for 5 mins each side on medium-low heat till the skin is brown. Place it on a paper towel to soak the excess oil.
In a small bowl, add 6 tbsp of honey, put minced thai red chillies (6-7) and garlic (3 cloves). Mix it properly to make the sauce. Put the chicken wings in a medium size bowl and pour the sauce. Close the lid of the bowl and give it a good toss. Now enjoy some Honey Chilli Garlic Chicken Wings with cold beer and cricket.
