Ingredients
250 gms of prawns (medium size)
6 garlic cloves
A bunch of coriander leaves with steam (1 and ½ cup)
2 tbsp of salted butter
2 tbsp of olive oil (extra virgin)
2 tsp black pepper powder
Step 1
Devein the prawns, marinate with 1 tbsp of olive oil and 1 tsp black pepper powder. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.
Heat a grill pan in high flame and adjust the heat by bringing it to low flame. Grease the pan by sprinkling some olive oil (extra virgin) and add the marinated prawns pieces one by one.
Let it grill for 5 minutes on each side, grease the prawns in between with the marinade of olive oil and black pepper.
Step 2
To enhance the flavor, mince the coriander and garlic together.
Heat a frying pan, add olive oil with salted butter and let it melt. Add the coriander garlic mix into the pan and saute in low flame for 2 minutes.
Add the grilled prawns, mix them properly with the butter, coriander, and garlic sauce. Add black pepper powder and saute it for another minute or two to finish the dish.
