Ingredients
- 400 gms of chicken (with bone or boneless)
- 1 tbsp of garam masala
- 1 tbsp of jeera powder
- 3 tbsp of mustard sauce (readymade)
- 1 tbsp of salt
- 1 medium red onion
- 2 cloves of garlic & ½ block of ginger
- Handful of coriander finely chopped
- ½ of curd or yogurt
- 3 tbsp of vegetable oil
- 2-3 Thai red chillies
Steps
- Clean the chicken and marinate it with garam masala, jeera powder, mustard sauce and salt
- Add finely chopped red onion and grated garlic with ginger. Mix it well and allow it to marinate for 20 minutes
- Heat a pan and add 3 tbsp of vegetable oil
- Add the marinated chicken and shallow fry it until it is golden brown on all the side. It will take maximum 15-20 minutes for the chicken to cook properly
- Now for serving, take a soup spoon, add 1 small tbsp of curd or yogurt as a base, place the chicken slowly and garnish it with chopped coriander and red chillies
