Take a whole medium-size eggplant and cut into half. Make some marking with your knife on both the sides of eggplants. Now grease the eggplants with little mustard oil . You can place the eggplants directly over the flame of your gas stove or place it in a grill pan. Fire roast until soft and cooked properly.
In a salad bowl, add finely chopped onions, some green chillies, coarsely cut garlic, 2 tbsp mustard oil, and 1/2 tsp of black pepper powder. Now remove the skin from the eggplant and put it in the salad bowl. Add 3 tbsp of sweet lime juice and a little black salt to taste. Mix it well to finish the dish.
