Step 1
You will need 4 hard boiled eggs. Marinate the eggs with 4 tbsp of dark soy sauce and 2 tbsps of ginger, garlic, and green chili paste for 30 minutes. Now dry roast one and half tablespoons of black peppercorn and hand pound them into a smooth powder.
Step 2
Heat a wok and wash it with cold oil. Add finely chopped onions (one medium-size) and dry fry until caramelized in high flame. Now add the marinated eggs to the wok. Mix well and let it simmer for 10 minutes on low flame. Add the crushed black pepper powder, mix it well and let it cook for 5 minutes on medium-high flame. Put one cup of cornstarch slurry and boil for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Dry roast white sesame, add salt to taste and sprinkle it over eggs in soy and pepper sauce to finish the dish. Enjoy your eggs in soy and pepper sauce with steamed rice.
