- 200 gms chicken curry cut
• 2 tbsp ginger garlic
• 2 tbsp onion (brunoised)
• 1 tbsp chives
• 2 tbsp mustard oil
• ½ tsp king chilli cut
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 1 tsp turmeric powder
• 1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
• Salt to tasteStep 1
Heat a wok shaped pan with mustard oil and shallow fry the onion, ginger, chives and garlic. Now mix the Chicken with lime juice and add it to the pan.
Step 2
Add turmeric, Kashmiri chilli powder with little salt and mix the ingredients well. Let it fry in medium low flame for 20 minutes. Keep stirring at regular intervals.
Step 3
Now add the King chilli cut and mix it well. Let it fry. Switch off the stove after 10 minutes to finish the dish. Now enjoy the dish with some rice or roti.
