Step 1
Devein and clean 200 gms of prawns. Pat dry it and keep it aside in a bowl.
Grate 1 medium-size onion, 6 garlic cloves and mix it with the prawns.
Step 2
Heat a pan with 2 tbsp of cooking oil and pour the prawns. In medium-low flame let it cook for 10 minutes.
Now add 4 tbsp of coconut milk and 1 tbsp black pepper powder. Mix it well and let it cook for 7-8 minutes in medium-low flame.
Add salt to taste and finish the dish by adding some chopped coriander.
