- 150 gms chicken boneless small cubes
- 7 garlic cloves
- ½ cup coconut milk
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp white pepper powder
- 1 medium-size onion
- ½ tsp Lemon zest
- coriander leaf to garnish (optional)
- Salt & Water as required
Grind the garlic cloves with apple cider vinegar and water into a smooth thick paste to soak the chicken. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
Heat a frying pan, add the coconut milk with little water. Bring it to a boil and add the grated onion, hint of lemon zest with the chicken. Stir once and let it simmer for 10 minutes in low flame. Keep stirring in regular intervals.
Now add white pepper powder and mix well with the chicken cubes. Add little water and let it cook for another 5 minutes in low flame.
Once the sauce thickens, sprinkle a little salt to taste, mix once to finish the dish.
Now serve your Chicken in White Sauce by grating some lemon zest over it and placing a coriander leaf (optional).
