Butter Garlic Prawns


200 gms medium size Prawns (deveined)

1 ½ tbsp salted butter

1 tbsp garlic paste

1 tsp black pepper powder

2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Salt to taste (optional)

Step 1

Heat a pan with olive oil and place the prawn pieces slowly one by one.

Step 2

Shallow fry the prawns in medium-low flame for 30-40 secs. Flip the prawns with a tong until you notice the colour change.

 Step 3

Add the butter, garlic paste and black pepper powder into the pan. Mix well with the prawns and let it cook for 3 minutes. Sprinkle some salt if required at the end to finish the dish.
