Boiled Pork Salad


  • 500 gms pork belly curry cut
  • 2 medium size cucumbers
  • 1 medium size tomato
  • 2 medium size onions
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 tsp white pepper powder
  • 1 tsp mustard oil
  • Sprinkle some
    • black salt
    • white salt
    • Red chilli flakes
    • mix herbs in Italian seasoning

Step 1

Clean the pork belly curry cut pieces and put them in a pressure cooker for 15-20 whistles. Let it depressurize naturally. Drain the water and let the meat cool down.

Step 2

Now cut the boiled pork into small bite-size pieces and put it in a medium-size bowl. Also, add the chopped onions, cucumbers, tomato and sprinkle some black salt, red chilli flakes and mixed herbs in Italian seasonings.

Step 3

Cut the lemon in half and squeeze out the juices over the ingredients. Sprinkle a little white salt, white pepper powder, mustard oil, close the bowl with a serving plate and give it a good shake. Now serve your boiled pork salad by pouring it on the plate upside down to enjoy the summer delight.
