Marinate 500 gms boneless tikka cut chicken cubes with 100 gms yogurt, 1 tbsp each kashmiri red chilli powder, garam masala, cumin powder and salt as per your taste. Seal the bowl with aluminum foil and marinate it for 4-5 hours.
I used charcoal based barbecue but you can use electric one as well. It is upto your convenience.
Brush the skewers with oil and stick the marinated chicken cubes one by one. Keep little space between the cubes.
Place the skewers over the grill once the charcoal is burning at high heat.
Brush some ghee on the chicken cubes to enhance the taste. Rotate the skewers after 7-8 mins to other side and brush more ghee on the chicken cubes. The entire process will take around 15 mins to barbecue one skewer of chicken.
Now serve your BBQ Chicken with slices of lime and onions. A true outdoor winter delight to enjoy with friends and family.
