Grilled Fish

Step 1
Clean and pat dry 3 pieces of whole tilapia fish.
Put 7 green chilies, 6 garlic cloves, 1/2-inch ginger into a grinder, add little apple cider vinegar and salt. Grind it into a smooth paste.
Marinate the fish with the paste and keep it aside for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Grease your grill tray with some extra virgin olive oil. Lay down fish pieces one by one.
Put inside the convection micro oven and grill for 4 minutes each side.
Once ready, garnish with some lime pieces and onion slices.
