Utsavv is the brainchild of Dayaakaran Singh mentored by father Narbir Singh and Chef Vikas Chawla. After finishing his hotel management degree from Oxford Brooke’s University and gaining five years of corporate experience, Singh decided to start his entrepreneurial journey in the food and beverage space from home turf.
Operating from a well-equipped kitchen located in Industrial Area, Mohali, Utsavv is run by skilled and highly experienced manpower complemented with high standards of hygiene.
Celebrating Indian Culture
Mithai is an integral part of our food culture which seems to have lost its shine due to unhealthy and artificial ingredients and unhygienic procedures. So, team Utsavv is out on their endeavour to use the purest of ingredients, while they try to replace sugar with healthier substitutes. They also cater for sugar-free mithai and some vegan sweets.
The Mithai is bespoke and artisanal while keeping traditional Mithai flavours intact. Their primary focus has been on weddings, festivals and more.
They envision opening a retail outlet sometime next year and are coming up with an online store next month. Utsavv is extremely popular for its White Chocolate Ladoo, Rozaa, Kiwi Motichoor Ladoo, Pistachio Love and Paan Peda.
