The Happiness Mantra

In the hustle-bustle of everyday life, we often end up missing the tiny things in life that matter the most. So, here are five quick tips to stay happy!

Comfort is Style: I try to wear whatever I like and not what suits my body type. You should be able to wear anything which makes you feel happy and comfortable. Do not care about what others might think. Just go for it.

Travel As Much As You Can: Go and see all that you possibly can. To travel is to live well, it makes your soul happy. I haven’t been everywhere, but it’s on my list!

Exercise Regularly: Exercise helps to reduce anxiety and depression. Even a 10 minute walk a day can make you feel a whole lot better if you’re under some stress. So, always take some time out for yourself and exercise.

Practice Self-love: In order to be happy, you should be able to love yourself for who you are. Don’t compare your looks, body type, career or anything to that of others. You’re perfect in your own way and so are the others. Every face and every body type is beautiful. Just love yourself.

Be Grateful: Practise gratitude, that’s one of the most important mantras to a happy life. Find gratitude in the smallest of things. Be grateful every day and most importantly, keep smiling.
