Aussie Celebrity Chef & TV Host Gary Mehigan Hosts a Masterclass in Chandigarh

Conosh – an online community of food lovers is bringing for the first time in Chandigarh, an Aussie Celebrity Chef and TV Host, Gary Mehigan for ‘Conosh Classified Masterclass’. In a true Master Chef judge fashion, Gary conducted a Masterclass on Sunday from 10 am to 12:30 pm at Hyatt Regency, Chandigarh.

Entertaining with Style

In this unique Masterclass called Entertaining with Style, Master Chef, Gary taught the students two fabulous dishes such as – Mushroom Tortellini, Gruyere Espuma, Porcini Powder, Nut Brown Butter and ‘Tarte Fine Aux Pommes’ Thin Apple Tart, Yoghurt and Lime Sorbet.

Speaking on the announcement, Chef Gary Mehigan said, “This Masterclass is specially curated to give the guests a unique experience of learning how to create timeless culinary masterpieces that they can enter into their repertoire. A few lucky guests might even give a hand to me as we create this stunning lineup of dishes! All the participants will be awarded certificates signed by myself. Thanks to Conosh’s special endeavour, Conosh Classified strives to bring world-class chefs for learning-based & culinary experiences to India and make the country a melting pot for global cuisines and world-class talents.”
